We are primarily active in commercial, residential and industrial construction for both municipal and private projects. Our teams are experts in basement and foundation waterproofing, roof and combo-roof systems, wet-area waterproofing, PU foam spray insulation, epoxy coatings, injection grouting and expansion-joint sealants — delivered on specification, on schedule, shoulder-to-shoulder with the UAE’s most demanding contractors, including 20+ projects with Al Jazeera International Building Contracting across Dubai and Sharjah.

Water always finds the weakest point. Our job is to make sure there isn’t one. I founded Golden Star with a simple promise: every structure we touch stays dry. In the UAE’s climate — extreme heat, coastal humidity and aggressive ground salts — waterproofing is not a finishing trade; it is the difference between a building that lasts and a building that fails.
That discipline has taken us from our first project to a portfolio of more than 225 buildings and 2,000 villas, delivered shoulder-to-shoulder with the UAE’s most demanding contractors. Behind every project stands a trained crew, an approved material system, a consultant-cleared submittal and a warranty of up to 25 years. Waterproofing involves hot works, chemicals and working at height. Our HSE rule is simple and absolute: no excuses. Full personal protective equipment is mandatory for every person, on every site, every day.
